Born on February 18, 1997, in Seoul, South Korea, he joined Pledis Entertainment as a trainee in 2012, drawn to idol life through his passion for musical theater and performance. He debuted with SEVENTEEN in May 2015, quickly establishing himself as an essential vocal pillar in the Vocal Unit.
