Minnie

Nicha Yontararak — known by her stage name Minnie — was born on October 23, 1997, in Thailand. From an early age, she was drawn to Korean music and made the bold decision to pursue a career in the Korean entertainment industry, auditioning for and being accepted into Cube Entertainment's trainee program. Her journey from Thailand to Korea required navigating language barriers, cultural differences, and the intense demands of the K-pop training system — a path she has spoken about with candid honesty in interviews.

As one of (G)I-DLE's primary vocalists, Minnie is known for the emotional expressiveness and distinctive warmth she brings to performances.
