What Does “ON” Mean?

"ON" is BTS's defiant march forward. Rather than asking "why do I suffer?" the song declares "bring the pain on" — accepting hardship as part of their journey. The marching band-influenced production builds to an anthemic chorus with military drums and horns. The "Kinetic Manifesto" performance film, shot in one continuous take in a stadium, featured 200 dancers and cemented ON as one of BTS's most ambitious productions.
